Privacy Notice

Artisanal Technology Solutions Inc., operating as Artisanaltek, runs this website. This notice explains how we handle website inquiries and information used to keep the site working.
- Information you choose to share
Our contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, topic and a short message. Your role and preferred next step are optional. We use this information to understand your request, reply and discuss possible work.
Please keep your first message high level. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information or confidential client material.
- How we handle inquiries
Cloudflare hosts the website and sends form submissions to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Eric Peebles handles inquiries. Cloudflare and Microsoft process information to provide their services. The website does not keep a separate submissions database or record message contents in application logs.
- How long information is kept
For inquiries that do not become client work, we keep the inquiry and related replies for up to 12 months after the last conversation, then delete them. This 12-month period does not cover records from client work.
Cloudflare’s email-preview feature keeps message copies for about seven days. Email activity records, which can include addresses, subject, message ID and delivery status, are kept for 31 days. Microsoft 365 may keep recoverable or retained copies after mailbox deletion. Deleting an inquiry does not mean every provider copy disappears immediately.
- Website security and cookies
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and a request limit to reduce spam. Turnstile processes information such as your IP address, browser and connection signals, and the website being visited to identify bots and improve its detection.
We have not added advertising trackers or visitor-analytics tools. Cloudflare processes service and security information and may use necessary security cookies. Our providers may process information outside your country.
- The process worksheet
Your worksheet answers stay in the current browser tab unless you download a copy. The worksheet does not send your answers to a server or save them between visits. You control any downloaded copy.
- Questions and requests
Email info@artisanaltek.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete your inquiry information. We will review the request and explain any limits that apply.
