About Artisanaltek

Technology should fit the business it serves.

I’m Eric Peebles. I help companies make the information, decisions, and responsibilities behind their work clear enough to act on — whether they are using AI, improving a process, or building something new.

Three decades. One recurring question.

My experience spans a wide range of industries, including airlines, insurance, healthcare, city government, and automotive retail technology. Across these different environments, the question behind the technology is often the same: what does the business need to understand to make this work?

A tool needs more than an instruction. A team needs more than a target. Both need the goals, reliable information, rules, and decisions that connect an idea to the work.

That is the foundation I help build.

What working together looks like.

Start with something that matters.

A clear business goal, a decision, or work that needs to improve. We agree what is included and what a useful result looks like.

Make the reasoning visible.

Use plain language. Separate what we know from what we need to check. Keep the people who own the work involved.

Build enough to move forward.

Develop the context and plan the task needs. A focused project or ongoing leadership can be the starting point; an audit is optional.

A human next step
